Find a unique Mycenaean figurine or a kid’s drinking cup and add it to your collection.
The kit contains fragments of a Mycenaean figurine or a of Mycenaean kid’s drinking cup, a faience bead and random sea shells embedded (buried) in a mixture of gypsum, clay and sand. It also contains a safe wooden digging tool, a small toothbrush, hobby glue and a protective dust mask as well as instructions and information material on the Mycenaean civilization.

Find a unique pottery fragment (ostrakon in greek) and learn about ostracism in ancient Athens.
Contains a fragment from an Attic black glazed pot engraved with the name of famous Athenian statesman (Aristides, Themistocles, Kimon, Pericles) and sea shells embedded (buried) in a mixture of gypsum, clay and sand. It also contains a safe wooden digging tool, a small toothbrush and a protective dust mask as well as instructions and information material on Ostracism in ancient Athens.
In Greece the OSTRAKON kit is often used in the context of the primary school 4th grade lesson on “Democracy in ancient Athens”.
